What is the time of entry and exit? (check-in check-out)
The entrance time, check in, is from 3 pm. The departure time, check out, is until midday.

Can I enter early? Before 15h?
If the room is clean and unoccupied yes and in this case no fee is charged. But this situation depends on the client who was occupying the room the day before, because he has the right to stay until midday and after that we have to clean the room. If you need to wait, we keep the bags at the reception, also at no cost.There is a toilet in the entrance hall where you can change your clothes if you wish.

Can I leave later? After midday?
During low season, according to availability, we work with half daily rent. Then, paying the half daily fee, you can stay until 20h. For customers who need we can store the bags at the reception after checkout as well, at no cost. There is a toilet in the entrance hall where you can change clothes if you wish.

How is the reservation made?
For stays of up to 3 days, the reservation is made upon advance payment (deposit) of the first night's stay. For longer stays, the deposit is 30% of the total accommodation cost. The rest is paid at the entry of cash, card or pix(bank transfer).

What are the paying ways?
The amount paid to confirm the reserve is made with bank transfer or credit card. The remaining amount that is paid at the reception can be made with money, pix, credit card or debit card. We pay in up to 3 installments.

Do you accept pets?
We accept small and medium sized pets. A fee of R$ 40 per day is charged.

Serve breakfast?
We do not serve, but most of our apartments are Flat type and have a mini kitchen. We also highlight that we are at the center of commerce, so there are food options on foot. In the Itapanni bakery, which is 200 meters, for example, has breakfast per kilo. It also has the Girasol market 100 meters from the Inn.

Is smoking allowed? Do you have room for smokers?
Smoking is not allowed within our apartments. We have no room for smokers. Those who smoke have to go outside, in front of the hotel.

What is the voltage at the hotel?
Like the rest of the state of Santa Catarina, the voltage at the inn is 220 V.

Can I charge my electric car?
We don't provide chargers, but you can bring your own charger and charge your vehicle; our outlets are the modern 3-pin standard. We charge a full charge fee of R$50 for large cars and R$40 for small cars.
