Understand our prices according to the times of the year
We are located in a beach and shopping tourism region where tourist flow is highly seasonal. Therefore, our rates vary considerably throughout the year. The high season is summer. During the high season, prices vary each week, becoming more expensive as it gets closer to New Year's. The shoulder season includes the months of March, April, September, October, and November. The low season includes the cooler months: May, June, July, and August. Prices are more stable during the low and shoulder seasons, but there is also a difference between weekday and weekend prices. Prices increase slightly on holidays and weekends. In addition, our system automatically calculates discounts for guests staying longer: 2 days gives a 5% discount, and 3 or more days gives a 10% discount. There is also a price variation depending on the number of guests staying in the rooms.
