Hotel Inn Terra do Sol enjoys a prime location in the central part of Meia Praia beach. Situated just 200 meters from the Nicole Reis commercial area and it's 400 meters from the sea. Our standout feature is our convenient location, allowing guests to walk to the beach, bars, and various shops without worrying about traffic or parking.

We offer three types of apartments: Suite An economical option featuring a complete suite with a private bathroom, television, air conditioning, balcony, and two double beds; Flat This room includes everything in the Suite, along with a mini kitchen equipped with a fridge, sink, and stove; Demi-Suite Ideal for two couples, this apartment boasts two bedrooms and one bathroom in the middle.

Meia Praia beach, located in the city of Itapema, Santa Catarina, Brazil, is a safe place with a good infrastructure, attracting a high concentration of tourists and business. The sea is calm, great for swimming and is very popular especially in the summer.

Our neighboring city to the north is Balneário Camboriú. Itapema is part of the Costa Esmeralda region, which also includes Porto Belo and Bombinhas. Visitors can explore various attractions in the area, such as Unipraias Park and Cristo Luz in Balneário Camboriú, the Beto Carrero theme park in Penha, the Mirante do Encanto viewpoint in Itapema, and the Pirata theme boat in Porto Belo.

The dream of coming to live in Itapema was born from a plot of land purchased in 1984. The Carmisin Steil couple completed construction of the property in 2002. With the growth of the city, it was possible to create the company in 2009.

Our accommodation is ideal for families and employees who are in the city for work. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. Sixteen of the twenty-four apartments have a kitchenette: they are Flat type. One child up to six years old stays free. We accept small and medium-sized pets. You will feel right at home. Come to the beach!
